Senior Product Manager

Overview: - Brevo is a leading CRM suite with over 500,000 businesses globally. - Aims to connect organizations with customers using technology for success. - Offers a unified view of customer journeys with various marketing and sales tools. - Reached €142M ARR in 2023 with close to 1,000 employees. Key Responsibilities: - Manage a challenging product roadmap with all teams. - Track market and competitive dynamics, suggest new features. - Listen to customers to identify new opportunities. - Ensure consistent information across the company on the product. - Synchronize work on new product developments. - Work on discovery, solutioning, specifications, and delivery with team members. - Track and follow business and product KPIs, make decisions accordingly. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - At least 5 years of experience in a product-based web company, preferably SaaS tool. - English fluency and professional experience within a tech department. - Critical and creative thinking, understanding of technical aspects, and proficiency in Figma. - Good sense of design and UX, effective interpersonal skills, and willingness to learn and embrace failure.
