Account Executive

**Overview:** - Brightwheel aims to provide high-quality early education for every child. - The company is a fully remote team with a diverse and inclusive workforce. - Brightwheel is a trusted technology brand in early education globally. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct 80-100 cold calls daily to early education centers. - Use discovery questions and knowledge of the competitive landscape to understand prospects' pain points. - Schedule and run product demonstrations tailored to each prospect's needs. - Close sales and collaborate with the onboarding team for smooth customer implementation. - Manage pipeline information and reflect on key metrics. - Collaborate with manager to improve sales process and adapt to feedback. - Contribute to a positive, high-performing team culture. **Requirements/Skills/Qualifications:** - Prior quota-carrying experience strongly preferred. - Cold calling, SaaS for SMBs, and full cycle closing experience preferred. - Grit, resilience, and desire to exceed sales goals. - Excellent communication, prioritization, and organization skills. - Self-motivated, disciplined, and organized. - Proven top performer with consistent goal achievement. - Positive mindset and ability to adapt to change. - Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools. - Fluency in Spanish preferred but not required. **Compensation & Benefits:** - On-Target Earnings (OTE) range from $100,000, including a base salary of $45,000 and uncapped variable compensation of $55,000. - Equity and ownership opportunities with financial upside tied to company success. - Premium benefits including healthcare coverage, generous paid parental leave, flexible PTO, 401(k) enrollment, and monthly wellness stipend. - Work-life flexibility with the option to work remotely. - Commitment to diversity and equal opportunity employment.
