Payment Operations Coordinator

Overview: - Brightwheel seeks an experienced Payment Operations Specialist to join their dynamic team. - The role is crucial in fraud prevention, detection, and resolution within the rapidly expanding payments business. - The team is customer-focused, passionate, and fully remote, with employees across every time zone in the US. Key Responsibilities: - Engage directly with a high volume of customers via phone and email for service and resolution. - Investigate and resolve complex payment issues and suspicious activities on the billing platform. - Collaborate across teams to enhance operations. - Assist with process tax documentation, reviewing and updating sensitive end-of-year 1099 tax documents. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - At least 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role. - At least 1+ year of experience in fraud prevention, detection, and investigation. - At least 1+ year of experience in a high-volume producing role, solving tickets and engaging in outbound customer calls. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Extreme attention to detail. - Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
