Key Responsibilities: - Streamline sales processes and automate workflows. - Manage sales tools and technologies, aligning them with business needs. - Collaborate across teams, including sales, marketing, and finance. - Analyze sales performance and identify trends for improvements. - Identify sales needs and implement changes. - Support sales training and enablement programs. - Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence. - Utilize AI coaching tools and performance monitoring platforms for training effectiveness. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience in sales operations or a similar role. - Proven experience working with sales teams and cross-functional stakeholders. - Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales enablement tools. - Experience in data analysis and reporting using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or business intelligence platforms. - Strong organizational and time-management skills. - Analytical mindset and expertise in sales process optimization. - Excellent interpersonal skills and familiarity with AI sales tools. - Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
