**Overview:** - Brightwheel is a leading technology brand in early education, aiming to provide high-quality education for every child. - The company supports teachers, engages parents, and empowers small businesses in the $175 billion early education industry. - The company is fully remote, with a diverse and inclusive workforce. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and engage new leads, generate sales opportunities, and build a strong pipeline. - Sales Demos & Presentations: Conduct product demos, address customer pain points, and guide prospects through the decision-making process. - Develop Deep Product Knowledge: Maintain expert-level understanding of the Education Curriculum product. - Execute a Results-Oriented Sales Strategy: Craft and execute a targeted sales strategy aligned with company objectives. - Relationship Building: Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in schools and organizations. - Customized Sales Presentations: Tailor presentations to individual customer needs, using active listening and strategic questioning. - Negotiation & Closing: Own the deal-closing process and ensure successful sales outcomes. - Continuous Improvement: Improve sales demo process, materials, and strategies based on customer and colleague feedback. - Voice of the Customer: Deliver feedback and insights to product and engineering teams to enhance offerings and customer experience. **Requirements/Skills/Qualifications:** - Proven Sales Success: Demonstrated ability to exceed challenging sales targets. - High-Volume Sales Expertise: Comfort with making 50+ calls per day and conducting multiple demos. - Exceptional Communication and Organization: Mastery of communication, time management, and organizational skills. - Adaptability in a Startup Environment: High comfort with ambiguity and evolving goals. - Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel/Sheets, and other relevant tools. **Compensation & Benefits:** - On-Target Earnings (OTE): $80,000 annually, including a base salary and uncapped variable compensation based on performance. - Equity & Ownership: Employees are equity holders, with financial upside growing alongside company achievements. - Premium Benefits & Wellness Support: Healthcare coverage, generous paid parental leave, flexible PTO, 401(k) enrollment, and monthly wellness stipend. - Work-Life Flexibility: Fully remote work environment, eliminating commuting hassles. - Diversity and Inclusion: Commitment to creating a diverse and inclusive work environment.
