Overview: - Join Coins, a leading crypto brand in the Philippines with over 18 million users. - Develop and execute sales strategies for institutional clients. - Participate in community events to enhance company visibility. - Represent clients' interests and ensure excellent service. - Assess and develop client-led product ideas for long-term revenue. Key Responsibilities: - Build and maintain client relationships, increase wallet share, and satisfaction. - Develop sales strategies aligned with business plan targets. - Collaborate with Product Development for innovative product sales. - Brainstorm growth strategies and engage in international travel for roadshows. - Represent clients' interests and manage relationships with market makers and trading firms. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - More than 10 years’ experience in institutional sales. - Experience with banks, financial institutions, or cryptocurrency exchanges. - Broad understanding of trading markets and solutions provision. - Relationships with market makers, high-frequency firms, and quantitative trading firms. - Self-starter mentality, experience in growth phase businesses. - Deep understanding of cryptocurrencies, blockchain, and digital assets. - Experience in sales and relationship management of institutional clients. - Strong interpersonal skills and a Hunter mentality.
