Head of Finance

Overview: - Join Coins, the leading crypto brand in the Philippines with over 18 million users. - Manage finance and accounting functions for the Brazil region. - Develop financial strategies for the LATAM region. - Oversee M&A activities and ensure regulatory compliance. - Represent the company in dealings with investors, financial institutions, and clients. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage finance and accounting operations. - Implement financial strategies and plans. - Conduct due diligence and manage post-closing integration for M&A. - Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry best practices. - Liaise with external auditors, legal advisors, and tax authorities. - Build and maintain key relationships with clients, suppliers, investors, and financial partners. - Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team. - Implement and oversee financial systems and processes. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. - CPA or CMA designation preferred. - Extensive experience in senior finance roles within financial services, especially in cryptocurrency exchanges, trade desks, or payment gateways. - Proven track record in managing financial operations across multiple countries. - Strong understanding of financial transactions, accounting principles, and reconciliation processes. - Experience in M&A activities, including due diligence and post-closing integration. - Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and build relationships with partners and stakeholders. - Fluency in Portuguese and English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
