Customer Marketing Manager

Overview: - Customer Marketing Manager role focused on customer engagement, advocacy, and program growth. - Reports to Director, Customer Marketing, and influences customer lifecycle campaigns. - Agile role with a customer-facing component requiring strong communication skills. Key Responsibilities: - Drive and expand global customer content program (case studies, testimonials, webinars). - Maintain customer proof points database and communicate with sales and CX teams. - Manage customer engagement and communication programs, including nurture campaigns and events. - Launch and manage customer reference program, influencing new business. - Maintain vendor relationships with review platforms and engage in customer-focused events. - Perform additional tasks as required by manager. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - 5+ years of marketing experience, with 1-3 years in customer marketing. - Ability to learn and discuss technical products with industry professionals. - Strong communication skills, including writing and verbal communication. - Strong project management skills, managing multiple projects and creative problem-solving. - Experience with GTM platforms (Marketo, Salesforce, Tableau, Confluence). - Ability to travel 2-5 times per year, potentially internationally.
