Engagement Manager - Professional Services - Remote CST

Overview: - Seeking an Engagement Manager for the Professional Services team at Kong. - Role involves driving successful delivery of engagements and programs for key customers across the entire customer lifecycle. - Focuses on maximizing customer value from Kong products and modernizing IT approaches. Key Responsibilities: - Own and lead billable customer engagements, managing expectations and driving prescriptive outcomes. - Analyze engagement scope, requirements, and deliver business outcomes end-to-end. - Manage project management activities, including kickoffs, charters, and deliverables. - Prepare and manage customer-facing and internal collateral. - Identify and resolve internal and customer escalations, project risks, and stakeholder issues. - Utilize productivity tools for managing onboarding and implementation projects, reporting on key metrics. - Support Professional Services staff in understanding revenue, hours, and attainment goals. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - Strong project/program management and services delivery experience. - Deep experience with project financial fundamentals and PSA tools like Financial Force. - Exceptional customer-facing skills, ability to communicate with executives and stakeholders. - Organizational and change management skills, managing competing client demands. - Strong presentation skills, understanding of professional services business metrics. - Proven team player, adaptable to constant change.
