**Overview:** - Seeking a Global Partner Enablement Manager to design, implement, and scale partner enablement programs globally. - Role involves cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and global partner ecosystem. - Focus on equipping partners with knowledge, tools, and best practices for Kong’s connectivity and API management solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop a comprehensive enablement strategy aligned with Kong’s revenue goals. - Create and deliver training and certification programs for partners. - Track partner performance against key metrics and drive data-driven enablement enhancements. - Serve as an internal advocate for partner needs and influence product roadmaps. - Represent Kong at partner events and drive thought leadership. - Build and nurture strong relationships with partner stakeholders. - Drive cross-functional alignment among Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams. - Utilize technical acumen and analytical skills to derive actionable insights from partner performance metrics. **Requirements/Skills/Qualifications:** - 7-10+ years in partner enablement, sales enablement, or a related GTM leadership role. - Proven success in designing and scaling enablement programs for revenue growth and partner satisfaction. - Strategic and hands-on approach to developing enablement content and managing operations. - Familiarity with API management, cloud infrastructure, and Kong’s suite of products. - Exceptional written/verbal communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders. - Strong analytical skills and familiarity with common sales methodologies. - BA/BS degree required; advanced degree in business or a related field is a plus. **Compensation & Benefits:** - Base pay range for the role in the US is $170,000 - 190,000. - Compensation varies based on location, role, skill set, and experience. - Certain roles may be eligible for additional sales incentives. - Benefits may vary by location but typically include healthcare, 401(k) plan, short and long term disability benefits, basic life and AD&D insurance. - Kong is an equal opportunity employer.
