**Overview:** - Seeking a Director of Sales Enablement for GTM Enablement & Field Productivity. - Role involves aligning GTM functions and developing enablement programs for revenue growth in Americas and EMEA. - Reports to the Vice President of Global Enablement & Field Productivity. - Preferred location: East Coast, US. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, implement, and optimize sales enablement strategy integrating GTM functions. - Develop and maintain enablement roadmaps, curricula, and training materials. - Partner with Sales leadership to translate business needs into enablement programs. - Manage communications and events, support high-impact learning experiences. - Conduct effectiveness assessments of enablement programs. - Coach sellers and managers on best practices and strategies. - Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development. - Perform additional tasks as required by manager. **Requirements/Skills/Qualifications:** - 15+ years of experience in Sales, GTM Strategy, Operations, or Enablement. - At least 5 years of quota-carrying sales experience in Sales or Solutions Engineering. - Proven experience in strategy, field training, and enablement program delivery in a global B2B software context. - Ability to design, build, and deliver enablement content across GTM roles. - Demonstrated capability in conducting coaching sessions. - Strong analytical abilities and deep understanding of selling. - Expertise in MEDDPICC sales methodology. - Exceptional leadership skills. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (advanced degree or certification is a plus). **Compensation & Benefits:** - Base pay range for the role in the US: $180,000 - 220,000. - Compensation varies based on location, role, skill set, and experience. - Sales incentives may be available depending on the plan and role. - Benefits typically include healthcare, 401(k) plan, short and long term disability benefits, basic life and AD&D insurance. - Compensation and benefits may vary by location. **About Kong:** - Kong is a cloud native API platform with the fastest API gateway globally. - Mission: Enable companies to become "API-first" and accelerate AI adoption. - Kong helps organizations globally unleash developer productivity and build securely. - Equal opportunity employer. - For more information, visit konghq.com or follow @thekonginc on Twitter.
