**Overview:** - Seeking a Sales Enablement Manager for GTM Enablement & Field Productivity in North America. - Role involves aligning GTM functions and developing enablement programs to drive revenue growth. - Reports to the Vice President of Global Enablement & Field Productivity. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, implement, and optimize sales enablement strategies integrating GTM functions. - Develop and maintain enablement roadmaps, curricula, and training materials. - Partner with Sales leadership to translate business needs into enablement programs. - Oversee communications and events, supporting high-impact learning experiences. - Conduct effectiveness assessments of enablement programs. - Coach sellers and managers on best practices and strategies. - Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development. - Manage additional tasks as required. **Requirements/Skills/Qualifications:** - 10+ years of experience in Sales, GTM Strategy, Operations, or Enablement. - At least 5 years of quota-carrying sales experience in Sales or Solutions Engineering. - Proven experience in strategy, field training, and enablement program delivery. - Ability to design, build, and deliver enablement content across GTM roles. - Demonstrated capability in coaching sessions, influencing individuals and teams. - Deep understanding of selling art and science, with strong analytical abilities. - Expertise in MEDDPICC sales methodology. - Exceptional leadership skills, interpersonal, communication, and collaboration abilities. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (advanced degree or certification is a plus). **Compensation & Benefits:** - Base pay range in the US: $160,000 - 173,000. - Competitive and consistent pay across different geographic markets. - Sales incentives may be available depending on the plan and role. - Benefits vary by location but typically include healthcare, 401(k) plan, disability benefits, life and AD&D insurance. - Kong offers a comprehensive benefits package for US-based employees. **About Kong:** - Kong is a leading cloud native API platform with a rapidly adopted API gateway. - The company's mission is to enable "API-first" adoption and securely accelerate AI. - Kong assists organizations globally in unleashing developer productivity and building securely. - Kong is committed to being an equal opportunity employer. **Job Link:** - Apply for this job (Link not provided)
