Senior Field Operations Manager - AMS

**Overview:** - Seeking a Senior Field Operations Manager - AMS for Revenue Operations. - Role involves being a trusted business partner and advisor to the AMS GTM Leadership team. - Responsibilities include defining, tracking, and implementing AMS business objectives and strategies. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead annual AMS GTM planning process, including modeling, investment ROI analysis, and territory planning. - Design and implement AMS GTM structure and segmentation across various roles. - Provide performance tracking on business health, lead funnel monitoring, and sales efficiency. - Support sales leadership with content preparation for key management reporting. - Drive CRM accuracy, pipeline analytics, forecasting, and regional reporting. - Ensure efficient deal velocity and monitor deal management processes. - Participate in regular meetings with various teams to address issues and drive change management. - Assess inquiries directed to the AMS VP of Sales and delegate tasks appropriately. - Address Sales Leadership team issues until resolved. **Requirements/Skills/Qualifications:** - Organization and composure during busy periods. - Experience with Sales Cloud (SFDC), Clari, Outreach, Zoominfo, and Google G-Suite tools. - Excellent quantitative and analytical skills, data-driven mindset. - Strong customer service attitude and ability to work independently. - Excellent written and communication skills. - 5-8 years of relevant business experience. - BA/BS in a quantitative field or MBA/related graduate degree. - Team player who works well in a collaborative environment. **Compensation & Benefits:** - Base pay range in the US: $140,000 - 190,000. - Compensation varies based on location, role, skill set, and experience. - Sales incentives may be available depending on the plan and role. - Benefits may vary by location but typically include healthcare, 401(k) plan, short and long-term disability benefits, basic life and AD&D insurance. - Kong offers competitive and consistent pay across different geographic markets. - Equal opportunity employer. **About Kong:** - Kong is a cloud native API platform with the fastest API gateway globally. - Aims to enable companies to become "API-first" and accelerate AI adoption. - Helps organizations globally unleash developer productivity and build securely. - Focuses on connecting all of humankind through APIs. - For more information, visit konghq.com or follow @thekonginc on Twitter.
