Staff Technical Customer Success Manager, Australia

Overview: - Role as a champion for the company's largest and most critical customers. - Primary post-sales contact for technical, product, and support queries. - Establish, implement, and run processes and projects for successful Kong product adoption. - Interface with various customer roles, from Developers to Executives. - Represent company values and understand customer business needs.
