Staff Quantitative UX Researcher

Overview: - Lime, a leading shared electric vehicle company, seeks an exceptional Staff Quant UX Researcher / Survey specialist to join their Product team. - The role involves leading research across the Lime Rider app and contributing to safety programs, city integrations, monetization strategy, and hardware teams. Key Responsibilities: - Define and measure quantitative UX goals and metrics for service health assessment. - Conduct statistical analysis to extract insights and communicate findings. - Support product teams in planning, launching, and analyzing surveys. - Demonstrate excellent statistical and scientific judgment in a fast-paced environment. - Own the research lifecycle, frame strategic problems, and influence product decisions. - Work closely with partners to demonstrate the value of quantitative user research. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Statistics, Psychology, Computer Science, or related field. - 5+ years of experience in applied research or similar setting. - Experience with programming languages for data manipulation and SQL. - Experience in product research, end-to-end, usability, or generative settings. - Deep understanding of probability and statistics, including causal inference. - Expertise in mobile app design & development, with a preference for transportation and hardware partners. - Strong stakeholder management, collaboration, and communication skills. - Ability to drive the strategy and execution of entire research programs.
