Over, and and ands ands, and, and our. re or, or to, or apply for this job Overview: - Vice President of Global Transfer Pricing - Primary expert for transfer pricing matters globally - Develop and maintain global transfer pricing strategy Key Responsibilities: - Strategy and Policy Development: - Develop, implement, and maintain global transfer pricing strategy - Analyze and optimize transfer pricing approaches - Collaborate with tax team on policies and communication - Compliance and Risk Management: - Oversee global transfer pricing documentation - Manage and mitigate transfer pricing risks - Lead transfer pricing aspects of tax audits - Financial and Operational Support: - Advise on intercompany financing and cash flow timing - Establish regional cost-sharing strategies - Support business units with local tax issues - Process Improvement and Automation: - Implement tools and processes for efficiency - Automate intercompany processes - Team Leadership and Education: - Manage and develop a team of two colleagues - Educate on transfer pricing requirements and risks Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business or Economics (Master's or JD preferred) - Minimum 10 years of experience in transfer pricing - Comprehensive knowledge of transfer pricing policy, planning, compliance, and audit defense - Excellent communication skills - Strong project management and technology skills - Experience with SAP, HFM, and Alteryx preferred Compensation & Benefits: - Salary range: $100,000 - $300,000, adjusted based on individual circumstances - Comprehensive benefits package including health & wellness plans, 401(k) with Nielsen match, paid time off, and potential discretionary incentives/bonuses - Nielsen's commitment to diversity and equal opportunity employment Note: - Verify job offers and communications through official Nielsen channels - Be cautious of scams targeting job seekers for personal data or money - Official job application process through Nielsen's official website or LinkedIn
