Overview: - Sales Executive role in Central USA region for Pythian, a leading IT consulting company. - Responsible for driving growth through sales strategies and partner management. - Focus on expanding new accounts and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. Key Responsibilities: - Execute sales strategies and manage Pythian services partnerships. - Identify and develop opportunities with new clients and strengthen relationships with existing ones. - Sell professional or managed IT services in cloud, application, analytics, data management, and data infrastructure. - Manage influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building. - Participate in continuous learning and improvement. - Inspire and lead teams, with strong communication and presentation skills. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT services sales. - Minimum 5 years of experience in selling IT services in the cloud and data management. - Demonstrated ability to exceed targets in IT or professional services sectors. - Strong understanding of cloud technologies and data's role in analytics. - Proficiency in Salesforce and cloud certifications as an asset. - Background of post-sale and sales experience. - Knowledge of value drivers in recurring revenue business models. - Enthusiastic, creative, and a strong leader.
