Account Director, NYC

Overview: - Account Director role at StackAdapt, a self-serve advertising platform. - Responsible for sales activities, customer relationship management, and growing business. - Works closely with Account Managers to grow and retain accounts. - Prioritizes candidates located in New York and New Jersey. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, pitch, and close media and platform sales deals with agencies and brands. - Respond to RFP’s and new opportunities, including qualification and win strategy. - Establish and cultivate relationships with top executives at advertising agencies and brands. - Engage in discussions about product development based on client feedback. - Manage existing client relations and seek account growth opportunities. - Present new campaign strategies and solutions to clients. - Accurately manage and communicate quarterly forecasts and pipeline. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - 5-10+ years experience at a DSP, SSP, publisher, ad network, ad server, or digital agency. - Strong established network and relationships with decision-makers at advertising agencies and brands. - Solutions-oriented approach, deep understanding of the programmatic ecosystem. - Ability to travel to meet with customers and conduct senior-level presentations. - Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills. - Proven track record of exceeding revenue expectations. - Previous experience selling programmatic advertising. - Established network within Agency holding companies, large independents, and/or enterprise brands.
