Overview: - StackAdapt is a self-serve advertising platform specializing in multi-channel solutions. - The company has grown significantly, with a strong presence in EMEA and APAC regions. - Seeking an experienced leader for growth across enterprise brands and agencies in the West region of the U.S. Key Responsibilities: - Drive significant revenue growth through strategic sales leadership. - Oversee a team of consultative sellers, crafting and executing a winning sales strategy. - Build and lead a high-performing team of Account Directors and Account Executives. - Architect and execute a comprehensive sales strategy tailored to the West region. - Partner with key stakeholders to craft a dynamic GTM strategy. - Champion StackAdapt's platform, leading client discussions and showcasing its value. - Utilize sales enablement tools to optimize team performance. - Foster collaboration across all functions and contribute to the success of North American growth. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - Deep expertise in programmatic media strategies and agency/brand media buying processes. - Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas within the Enterprise segment. - Demonstrated leadership excellence, with experience building, training, and mentoring sales teams. - Strong analytical thinking and strategic planning capabilities. - Passion for innovation and a commitment to advancing StackAdapt in the Enterprise programmatic advertising space. - Remote-first company prioritizing West-Coast candidates.
