Overview: - StackAdapt is a self-serve advertising platform offering multi-channel solutions. - Seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Agency Partnerships to lead strategic initiatives. - The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth and foster high-performing partnerships. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as a trusted advisor to global agency partners. - Spearhead the commercialization structure for agency partnerships. - Drive thought leadership and enhance revenue streams from the digital ecosystem. - Collaborate to develop scalable programs and outreach initiatives. - Build a new Global Agency Development team. - Represent StackAdapt at industry events. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - Exceptional emotional IQ and relationship-building skills. - Minimum 15 years of experience in media, account management, or product solution selling. - Extensive leadership experience in a dynamic environment. - Proven track record of managing agency relationships or programs at a platform level. - Expert knowledge of premium video media and programmatic advertising. - Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset. - Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders through exceptional communication.
