Lead, Revenue Operations

Key Responsibilities: - Develop data-driven solutions and hypotheses for business performance. - Conduct deep dives into business performance and identify improvement opportunities. - Create operational policies for company growth and scalability. - Analyze operational processes to identify areas for improvement. - Lead key initiatives and ensure timely delivery of milestones. - Optimize tools and technologies for enhanced operational capabilities. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - Minimum 5 years in management consulting, business operations, or sales operations. - Proven track record in strategic guidance and operational oversight. - Experience in managing analytically rigorous corporate initiatives. - Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales pipeline modeling. - Familiarity with Salesforce.com. - Strong interpersonal skills and intellectual curiosity. - Ability to communicate structured thinking effectively. - Experience in media or consumption-based business models is a plus.
