Overview: - StackAdapt is a self-serve advertising platform specializing in multi-channel solutions. - Seeking dynamic Sales Director, Growth (SDG) with a passion for digital advertising and sales excellence. - Role focuses on team leadership, sales strategy, performance management, client engagement, and market expansion. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and mentor a team of Growth Account Executives. - Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies. - Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions. - Engage directly in client meetings and pitches. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance processes. - Build and evolve Go-to-market strategies for eCommerce, Retail, and CPG. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - 2-3 years of sales management experience with a proven track record. - Excellent understanding of digital advertising ecosystems and media buying processes. - Exceptional presentation and client relation skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. - Familiarity with sales enablement and operations tools, StackAdapt platform experience is a plus. - Adaptability to manage remote-first teams across various locations and timezones.
