Sales Development Representative

Overview: - Sales Development Representative (SDR) role at a leading provider of customer and employee experience research. - Responsible for managing the sales lifecycle, from outreach to deal closure. - Focus on enhancing customer satisfaction, loyalty, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Execute strategic outreach campaigns using Hubspot. - Manage lead outreach initiatives, maintaining brand consistency. - Schedule and coordinate meetings, handle follow-up activities. - Project manage the proposal process to deal closure. - Utilize Hubspot for tracking and optimizing sales activities. - Maintain detailed records of prospect interactions and sales pipeline status. - Coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery of proposals. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - Proven experience in sales development or similar customer-facing roles. - Proficiency with Hubspot or similar CRM systems. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong project management and organizational abilities. - Ability to work independently while supporting a team. - Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and priorities. - Background in B2B sales or business development. - Experience with sales pipeline management. - Strong attention to detail and follow-through. - Ability to adapt communication style to different audiences. - Proficiency in standard business software and collaboration tools.
