AIS Quality Manager

Key Responsibilities: - Monitor and improve deliverable performance. - Lead quality conversations with customers and analyze root causes for corrective actions. - Adapt and escalate quality frameworks to meet customer needs. - Work with Learning and Development for training efficacy. - Act as a customer point of contact for quality-related matters. - Ensure quality SLA compliance and initiate QIPs or CAPAs as needed. - Prepare and present quality reporting to clients. - Support development of customer and internal initiatives, and drive process improvements. - Train suppliers on customer-specific tools. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - Proven experience in client-centric, data-centric environments. - Knowledge of data structures, queries, analysis, and Quality principles. - Excellent communication skills and ability to present structured arguments. - Interest in AI data services industry, technology, process, and trends. - Strong problem-solving skills, attention to time constraints, and accountability for deliverables. - Flexible attitude, ability to manage multiple priorities, and work within a team or independently. - Prioritization based on business needs and urgencies. - Fluency in English and preference for an additional language. - Experience with Agile Methodology and/or Lean Six Sigma.
