Overview: - Welocalize Strategic Account Manager role focuses on developing and sustaining long-term strategic customer relationships. - Utilizes Welocalize's expertise and services to create value-based solutions. - Acts as a customer advocate for internal and external stakeholders. - Drives growth and lifetime value through a Strategic Account Management Framework. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute long-term strategic account plans. - Maintain and grow business relationships with existing clients. - Evaluate market changes to adjust account strategies and objectives. - Initiate and foster new relationships within existing customers. - Manage opportunities, cross solutions, and pipelines. - Develop and maintain a rolling 12-month bookings forecast. - Achieve bookings quota for assigned customers/squads. - Identify and capture evolving client needs. - Serve as escalation point for business-critical issues. - Engage with BDDs and SMEs to close customer opportunities. - Manage contract (re)negotiations and overdue collections. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - Proven track record of delivering customer value by mapping customer business strategies to solutions. - Industry knowledge and vast client relationship management experience. - Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding bookings quota. - Strong strategic thinking and professional maturity. - Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. - Strong collaboration skills in a matrix-ed organization. - Experience in participating in new and existing client sales cycles. - Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in a related field.
