Accounting Assistant (For Pooling)

Overview: - Remote Accounting Assistant position with taxation experience - Wing's mission to redefine work for global companies - Immediate start required Key Responsibilities: - Manage accounts payable and receivable, including reconciliation and reporting - Prepare and file tax returns in compliance with US, EU, AU, and UK tax laws - Conduct audits and ensure financial statements meet regulatory standards - Maintain and update accounting records and systems - Generate financial reports and budgets for strategic decision-making - Handle payroll processing with tax compliance - Research and apply regional accounting and tax updates - Perform ad hoc tasks to support the finance team Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field - At least 2 years of accounting experience with exposure to multiple tax regulations - Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regional compliance laws - Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, etc.) - Excellent English communication skills - Advanced analytical skills and attention to detail - Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines - Tech-savvy with knowledge of MS Excel, cloud-based accounting platforms, and tax preparation software - USB Headset with Noise Cancellation - Working Webcam - Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and 4GB RAM - Internet connection of at least 25 Mbps wired and 10 Mbps backup Compensation & Benefits: - $660 - $970 USD/month - Health Insurance (HMO) - Performance Incentives - Job Security and Stability - Paid Training - Inclusive Culture - Upskilling Opportunities - 100% Work-From-Home - Supportive Team - Career Growth Opportunities - Fun Work Environment - Holiday & Overtime Pay Location: Remote (US work hours)
