Customer Success Manager

Overview: - Wing seeks a solution-driven individual passionate about customer happiness, technology, and startups. - The role involves acting as a trusted consultant to customers, ensuring their success with Wing's software & service. - Aims to increase value, retention, customer satisfaction, and revenue through expanded use of the Wing platform. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct thorough customer onboarding and education. - Prepare accounts for billing and delegate initial tasks. - Build and manage goal plans for customer growth. - Proactively manage relationships between virtual assistants and clients. - Organize and resolve inbound customer communications. - Communicate Wing's offerings and value to customers. - Manage all inbound customer communications. - Understand and utilize online software and technology tools. - Use various styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately. - Maintain a clean and professional background for video calls. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree or higher. - Excellent written and spoken English communication skills. - At least one year of experience in client relationship management or project management. - Comfortable with various operating systems and video call communication tools. - Understanding of online software services and goal development. - Positive attitude and exceptional interpersonal skills. - Ability to use a variety of persuasion or negotiation styles.
