Healthcare Virtual Assistant (US)

Key Responsibilities: - Manage prior authorizations, administrative paperwork, and patient intake. - Handle appointment bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling. - Input patient information and medical records into EMR/EHR systems. - Process insurance claims and handle billing inquiries. - Respond to patient inquiries and coordinate medical record distribution. - Analyze healthcare data, prepare reports, and maintain records. - Ensure HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality. - Perform ad hoc tasks as needed. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in medical fields or pharmaceutical-related industry. - At least 3 years experience as a Medical Virtual Assistant, preference for Psychiatry or Psychiatric Clinic. - C1 level English communication skills. - Solid understanding of medical terminologies and practices. - Proficiency in EHR/EMR systems and troubleshooting technical issues. - Knowledge of healthcare privacy regulations. - Strong interpersonal and organizational skills. - Tech-savvy with familiarity in desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP. - Ability to work on a graveyard shift.
