Senior Staffing Specialist (PH)

Overview: - Wing seeks to redefine the future of work by building world-class teams and automating operations. - The Staffing Specialist role is part of the Talent Acquisition Team, focusing on full-cycle recruitment. Key Responsibilities: - Source candidates through various channels. - Conduct interviews, screening, and onboarding. - Manage candidate processing, including reference checks and sending offer letters. - Update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with candidate information. - Collaborate with the Sourcing Team and Talent Acquisition Partners. - Communicate with stakeholders on recruitment progress. - Identify improvements in staffing, sourcing, and onboarding. - Regularly debrief candidates on job expectations and workflows. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - Experience hiring virtual assistants or working with a staffing agency. - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields. - Proven experience in talent sourcing and hiring. - Experience sourcing through social media platforms. - Familiarity with at least one ATS. - Data-driven validation of hiring success. - Experience with online meeting platforms. - Strong calendar management and attention to detail. - Critical thinking, strong verbal and written communication in English. - Tech-savvy, analytical mindset, and actionable planning. - Confident, coachable, and enthusiastic team player. - Interest in tech, analytical work, and startup environments. - Experience with software like Discord, ClickUp, G-Suite, Zoho, or ATS.
