Staffing Specialist (PH)

Overview: - Wing seeks to redefine the future of work by building world-class teams and automating operations. - The Staffing Specialist role is part of the Talent Acquisition Team, focusing on full-cycle recruitment for various industries and roles. Key Responsibilities: - Source candidates through job boards, sourcing platforms, social media, and other channels. - Conduct interviews, screening, and onboarding, matching candidates with job descriptions. - Manage candidate processing, including reference verification and sending offer letters. - Update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with candidate information and progress. - Collaborate with the Sourcing Team and Talent Acquisition Partners to diversify sourcing strategies. - Communicate with stakeholders about recruitment progress. - Identify improvements in staffing, talent pipeline management, sourcing, and onboarding. - Debrief candidates on job responsibilities, expectations, and workflows. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - Experience hiring virtual assistants or working with a staffing agency offering virtual assistant services. - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields. - Proven experience in talent sourcing, hiring, and recruitment marketing. - Experience as a full-cycle recruiter and sourcing high-quality candidates. - Experience sourcing through social media platforms. - Familiarity with at least one ATS. - Data-driven approach to validate hiring success. - Experience with online meeting platforms. - Strong calendar management skills, attention to detail, and communication in English. - Tech-savvy, analytical mindset, and ability to create actionable plans. - Confident, coachable, and enthusiastic team player. - Interest in tech, analytical work, and working with people. - Experience with software like Discord, ClickUp, G-Suite, Zoho, or ATS.
