**Overview:** - Seeking a strategic and results-driven partner marketing leader for 1Password. - Role involves driving recruitment, enablingment, and growth across the Managed Service Provider (MSP) channel and other strategic channel partners. - Responsible for creating marketing programs, joint marketing initiatives, content creation, partner event support, and MDF management. - Requires stakeholder engagement and performance analysis. - Impactful work in shaping partner marketing and expanding presence in key markets. - Collaborative team environment with a focus on new ideas. - Professional growth opportunities within a leading company. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and implement marketing programs for MSPs and channel partners. - Plan and execute co-marketing initiatives leveraging digital channels and events. - Collaborate on creating marketing collateral such as whitepapers, blog posts, and webinars. - Support the design and execution of MSP and channel-focused events. - Create and deliver training materials and activation resources for partners. - Oversee the Market Development Funds (MDF) program. - Measure the effectiveness of partner marketing programs and report results. - Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners. - Utilize analytics to measure campaign performance and optimize strategies. - Develop co-marketing strategies and manage cross-functional teams. **Requirements/Skills/Qualifications:** - 6+ years of B2B MSP partner marketing experience, preferably in SaaS or cybersecurity. - Strong project management, organizational skills, and track record of managing budgets and priorities. - Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset. - Proven success in managing strategic partnerships and implementing marketing programs. - Deep understanding of partner demand generation, field marketing, and event management. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Proficiency in leveraging analytics for campaign performance measurement. - Experience in developing co-marketing strategies and managing cross-functional teams. **Compensation & Benefits:** - USA-based roles: Annual base salary between $104,000 USD and $140,000 USD. - Canada-based roles: Annual base salary between $100,000 CAD and $136,000 CAD. - Immediate participation in 1Password’s benefits program (health, dental, RRSP, etc.). - Generous paid time off policy. - Company equity for all full-time employees. - Retirement matching program. - Training budget, access to 1Password University, and learning sessions. - Free 1Password account for friends and family. - Paid volunteer days and employee-led DEIB programs. - Peer-to-peer recognition through Bonusly. - Accommodation available upon request. - Background check as part of the recruitment process. - Use of an automated employment decision tool with options for reasonable accommodation or alternative selection process.
