Sr. Manager, Channel Marketing

**Overview:** - Expanding channel efforts for 1Password following the launch of 1Password Extended Access Management. - Seeking a dynamic Senior Manager, Channel Marketing to lead the next phase of channel strategy. - Responsible for developing and executing channel marketing initiatives and co-marketing channel programs in the Cybersecurity sector. - Build and lead a high-performing channel marketing team to support global channel growth. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and oversee the execution of co-marketing and MDF programs. - Engage with and enable 1Password partners, crafting marketing strategies for regional partners. - Work closely with GTM Partnerships, Product Marketing, and Field Marketing teams. - Manage and develop a partner marketing team, focusing on pipeline and ARR targets. - Activate new partnerships and minimize time to first deal closing. - Operate an incentives program to drive partner rep performance. - Establish relationships with priority MSPs, distributors, and resellers. - Set channel marketing targets and report on KPIs. **Requirements/Skills/Qualifications:** - 8+ years experience in channel marketing strategy and program execution. - Hands-on experience in developing and executing channel marketing initiatives in Cybersecurity. - Proven history of recruiting, developing relationships, and retaining resellers and MSPs. - Ability to manage and develop direct reports, build high-performing teams. - Experience with Zift and partner enablement programs. - Proven ability to plan, manage, and optimize MDF budgets and programs. - Critical thinker with data-informed decision-making skills. - Strong communication skills, comfortable working with C-level leaders. - Confident and influential partner to other functions. - Strong sense of ownership in ambiguous and high-growth environments. **Compensation & Benefits:** - USA-based roles: $153,000 - $207,000 USD base salary. - Canada-based roles: $138,000 - $186,000 CAD base salary. - Immediate participation in 1Password's benefits program (health, dental, RRSP, etc.). - Generous paid time off policy. - Company equity and retirement matching program. - Training budget, access to 1Password University, and learning sessions. - Free 1Password account for friends and family. - Paid volunteer days. - Employee-led DEIB programs and ERGs. - Fully remote environment. - Peer-to-peer recognition through Bonusly.
