Key Responsibilities: - Lead architectural design and implementation of Certinia solutions. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable Certinia configurations. - Ensure seamless integration of Certinia with Salesforce and other enterprise applications. - Provide technical leadership and best practices in Certinia architecture, customization, and development. - Perform system assessments and optimizations for performance and usability. - Develop and maintain technical documentation, solution designs, and architectural artifacts. - Conduct training and knowledge-sharing sessions on Certinia best practices. - Work closely with development teams, Salesforce admins, and business analysts to implement enhancements. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. - 5+ years of experience with Certinia (FinancialForce) architecture, configuration, and implementation. - Strong expertise in Salesforce platform and integration capabilities. - Hands-on experience with Certinia modules such as PSA, Services Estimator, and Revenue Management. - Deep understanding of Salesforce data models, security, workflows, and automation. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Salesforce and Certinia certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Certinia Certified Professional). - Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Knowledge of financial management principles and accounting processes. - Prior experience leading cross-functional teams and enterprise-level projects.
