Growth Development Representative I, Remote

Overview: - Growth Development Representative (GDR) role at Aledade Inc. - Drives growth by generating and qualifying leads for the sales team. - Identifies primary care practices for network joining. - Works remotely within Central, Eastern, or Pacific time zone hours. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct outbound prospecting activities (cold calling, emailing, social selling). - Qualify leads by assessing fit for Aledade's value-based care model. - Collaborate with sales team on targeted outreach strategies. - Maintain records of prospecting activities in CRM and outreach.io. - Meet monthly and quarterly quotas for lead generation. - Stay updated on industry trends and Aledade's solutions. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in business, health care, or related field (preferred). - 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or similar role in healthcare. - Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport. - Goal-oriented mindset and ability to exceed targets. - Comfortable with sitting for prolonged periods and extensive computer use. - Willingness to travel as needed.
