Senior Technical Product Manager (Analytics), Remote

Overview: - Analytics Sr Technical Product Manager role in partnership with business intelligence and engineering teams. - Design and develop a data product for tracking Aledade’s Value Based Care metrics & data ecosystem. - Generate alerts based on defined parameters to guide operational teams. - Interface between strategic business owners, Analytics development, and software platform development team. Key Responsibilities: - Cultivate a shared vision for the overall alerts data product with business owners and product leaders. - Develop roadmaps delivering maximum value with minimum risk. - Collaborate with business owners, analytics leads, product managers, and engineering leads to execute the product roadmap. - Maintain comprehensive documentation outlining metric and data product specifications. - Establish mechanisms for collecting user feedback and integrate it into the development of the data product. - Identify opportunities to incorporate AI into the existing data product. - Facilitate metrics governance and prioritization discussions. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - Minimum 8+ years of product management experience in analytics technology for large healthcare organizations or SaaS platforms. - Experience managing analytics delivery processes, including data governance and request management. - Understanding of software development lifecycle and methodologies, with a focus on analytics technologies. - Ability to support alert development work across multiple delivery teams. - Regular use of data and primary research to inform business decision making. - Experience with relevant analytics platforms and tech stacks. - Experience leading Agile / Scrum teams and leveraging Agile methodology/concepts in product development. - Experience evaluating workflows and operational processes for analytics teams. - Preferred knowledge of healthcare administrative or clinical workflows. - Outstanding organizational and written/oral communication skills. - Demonstrated ability to work effectively across diverse analytics business stakeholders. - Understanding of Lean Six Sigma or other process design methodologies. - Knowledge of SQL, ideally with MySQL experience. - Knowledge of alternative payment models related to primary care.
