Sr. Marketing Specialist, Remote

Overview: - Aledade seeks a Senior Marketing Specialist to drive impactful healthcare marketing campaigns. - The role is part of the Campaigns and Programs Integrated Marketing team. - Responsibilities include strategic planning, project management, campaign monitoring, and process optimization. Key Responsibilities: - Manage campaign timelines, creative assets, and channel planning. - Support the development of campaign briefs, objectives, strategy, tactics, and measurement plans. - Monitor campaigns, recommend optimizations, and manage changes within the project plan. - Define, document, manage, and optimize processes and tracking for programs and campaigns. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. - 6+ years of progressive marketing experience. - Proven ability to multitask, stay organized, and communicate effectively. - Advanced communication and writing skills. - Healthcare background preferred. - Knowledge of databases/database marketing is a plus. - Experience in product management and go-to-market strategy.
