Senior Backend Developer

Key Responsibilities: - Build platforms using Ruby on Rails. - Design feature and platform architecture. - Write clean, efficient code and create comprehensive tests. - Collaborate with a diverse team of engineers and other departments. - Engage in architectural discussions and design pattern analysis. - Provide guidance on critical architectural decisions. - Create clear documentation in partnership with Product and Tech Ops teams. - Follow best practices and coding standards. - Work closely with Product Managers and Engineering leadership. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or 5+ years of experience. - Proven understanding of Ruby on Rails. - Strong academic and professional track record. - Hands-on experience with backend feature delivery. - Time management and independent workflow management skills. - Excellent communication skills. - Experience presenting technical concepts to stakeholders. - Open-mindedness and eagerness to learn and collaborate.
