Customer Onboarding Operations Specialist - Brand New Programs

Overview: - Brightwheel aims to provide high-quality early education for every child. - The company supports teachers, engages parents, and enables small businesses in the $175 billion early education industry. - Brightwheel is a fully remote team with employees across every time zone in the US. Key Responsibilities: - Assist customers in opening new childcare centers and effectively using the Brightwheel product. - Manage a portfolio of 150+ accounts, prioritizing strategic steps for successful center openings. - Overcome customer objections, resolve technical challenges, and serve as a Brightwheel technology expert. - Collaborate across teams to ensure a smooth customer experience. - Use critical thinking and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues. - Continue to sell the value of the software to gain customer trust. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - 2+ years of customer success, sales, or account management experience. - Associate’s degree, Bachelor's degree, or comparable professional experience. - Proven track record in onboarding new customers. - Comfort with high-volume funnels and ambitious monthly goals. - Strong critical thinking, troubleshooting, and communication skills. - Bilingual (Spanish) communication ability preferred. - Tech-savvy with experience in CRM tools.
