Lead Business Systems Administrator

Overview: - Brightwheel seeks an exceptional Senior Salesforce Administrator to support scalable, efficient, and data-driven go-to-market operations in early education technology. Key Responsibilities: - Design, build, and improve systems and processes for growing sales and customer success teams. - Lead Salesforce administration, manage integrations with connected systems and apps. - Collaborate with stakeholders on business and operational problems, develop technical designs for solutions. - Audit data integrity, identify issues, develop automated data cleansing. - Own documentation, training materials, and team/user enablement for Salesforce processes and integrated systems. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - 5+ years managing sales or revenue operations, with 3+ years of Salesforce administration experience in a high-growth environment. - Experience with systems, integrations, and tools for sales, marketing, and customer operations. - Proficiency with Salesforce’s declarative capabilities (workflows, validation rules, process builder, flows). - Development experience with Apex is a plus. - Masterful cross-functional collaboration and relationship-building. - Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. - Creative problem solver with strong project management and analytical skills.
