Program Manager, Customer Success Operations

**Overview:** - Brightwheel aims to provide high-quality early education for every child. - The company supports teachers, engages parents, and enables small businesses in the $175 billion early education industry. - Seeking an experienced Program Manager for Customer Success Operations. **Key Responsibilities:** - Drive initiatives from end-to-end, collaborating with leadership and stakeholders. - Deeply embed in customer-facing teams to understand workflows, tooling, and data collection. - Develop and implement new workflows, SOPs, reporting, automations, and tech/tooling solutions. - Design and develop Salesforce automations with Systems Operations. - Use data for informed resource allocation decisions, aligning short-term projects with long-term goals. **Requirements/Skills/Qualifications:** - Minimum of 4 years of operations or program management experience. - Prior exposure to customer-facing teams and SaaS businesses preferred. - Deep understanding of customer needs and commitment to exceptional customer experiences. - Metrics-driven, analytical mindset with advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills. - Creativity in problem-solving and exceptional stakeholder and project management skills. - Proven ability to navigate Salesforce and collaborate with Systems Operations. - Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. - Experience with business insights, data visualization, and dashboarding tools. **Compensation & Benefits:** - Salary range: $90,500 - $150,000 annually. - Competitive compensation package including base salary, equity, and benefits. - Premium medical, dental, and vision benefits. - Generous paid parental leave and flexible paid time off policy. - Monthly wellness and productivity stipend. - Learning & Development stipend. - Brightwheel is committed to internal pay equity. - Equal opportunity employer, non-discrimination policy.
