Overview: - Brightwheel aims to provide high-quality early education for every child. - The company supports teachers, engages parents, and empowers small businesses in the $175 billion early education industry. - Brightwheel is a customer-focused, fully remote team with a strong investor group. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and inspire a high-performing remote sales team of 8-12 members. - Develop and execute sales strategies for government accounts. - Collaborate cross-functionally with GTM, Operations, and Enablement teams. - Use analytics to measure team performance and enhance sales effectiveness. - Provide ongoing training, mentoring, and coaching to team members. - Establish clear performance metrics and hold the team accountable. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - Proven leadership in high-volume sales with a history of exceeding targets. - Expertise in frontline leadership and people-centric leadership. - Analytical skills with deep expertise in CRM systems. - Exceptional communication and coaching skills. - Customer empathy and strategic insight. - Collaborative and cross-functional leadership. Compensation & Benefits: - Annual salary range: $51,000-$65,000, with a total on-target earnings range of $97,500-$125,000. - Competitive compensation package including base salary, equity, and benefits. - Premium medical, dental, and vision benefits. - Generous paid parental leave and flexible paid time off policy. - Monthly wellness and productivity stipend. - Learning & Development stipend. - Brightwheel is an equal opportunity employer.
