Senior Program Manager, Customer Success Operations

**Overview:** - Brightwheel seeks a seasoned Program Manager for Customer Success Operations. - The role involves driving business functions, managing a team, and enhancing operational efficiency. - Passionate about early childhood education and improving customer-facing processes. **Key Responsibilities:** - Directly manage 2-3 Program Managers, providing coaching and accountability. - Drive initiatives, collaborate with leadership and stakeholders across various departments. - Deeply engage with customer-facing teams to assess and improve workflows and automations. - Develop strategies for customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction. - Implement new workflows, SOPs, reporting, and tech/tooling solutions. - Use data for resource allocation and decision-making, aligning with long-term goals. **Requirements/Skills/Qualifications:** - Minimum 5 years of operations or program management experience. - Prior exposure to customer-facing teams and SaaS businesses preferred. - Leadership experience with some people management. - Deep understanding of customer needs and commitment to exceptional experiences. - Metrics-driven, analytical, and proficient in Excel/Google Sheets. - Creative problem-solving and strong stakeholder management skills. - SFDC expertise and ability to implement updates. - Outstanding communication skills and passion for leadership and talent development. - Familiarity with business insights, data visualization, and Tableau. **Compensation & Benefits:** - Salary range: $114,000 - $181,000 annually. - Competitive compensation package including base salary, equity, and benefits. - Premium medical, dental, vision benefits, generous paid parental leave, flexible paid time off, monthly wellness stipend, and Learning & Development stipend. - Brightwheel values diversity and is an equal opportunity employer.
