Key Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain customer support ticketing platforms. - Implement AI-driven tools and automation to enhance customer support workflows. - Design and implement automation rules to streamline support processes. - Connect ticketing systems with CRMs, help desks, and communication tools. - Track system performance and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations. - Generate reports and dashboards to track support efficiency and AI-driven insights. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - 2+ years of experience administering customer support ticketing systems. - Experience with AI-driven solutions and automation tools. - Proficiency in system configurations, API integrations, and automation tools. - Ability to analyze support team performance and optimize workflows using AI insights. - Strong troubleshooting skills and communication abilities.
