Fullstack Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities: - Design, build, optimize, and maintain CaptivateIQ's data and core platform functionality. - Develop and improve product features across the full product stack. - Participate in the product development process from scoping to measuring success and iterating based on feedback. - Maintain high engineering and security standards, and continuously improve codebases and processes. - Work with engineers across the company to develop and iterate at scale. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - Minimum 4+ years of software engineering experience. - Strong computer science fundamentals, including data structures/algorithms. - Experience with both frontend and backend development. - Proficiency with Django and React, and experience with a relational database like PostgreSQL or MySQL. - Demonstrated track record of responsibility and ownership over core product areas. - Sharp attention to detail and a user-centric focus. - Experience making data-driven decisions on product and process. - Experience building a positive remote-first culture. - Proficiency with Typescript, AWS, Cypress, and/or Chakra UI is nice to have.
