Key Responsibilities: - Build, extend, and enhance partner strategy and programs. - Implement and manage a partner portal and streamlined onboarding processes. - Serve as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries. - Oversee partner incentives programs and manage partner contracts. - Implement a streamlined deal registration process. - Create and maintain dashboards to track partner performance. - Work closely with various internal teams to align efforts and integrate partners into go-to-market strategies. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - 8+ years of related experience in partner operations and programs. - Proven track record of building and scaling partnership programs. - Sales Performance Management experience is a plus. - Familiarity with CRM systems, partner portals, and data analysis tools. - Exceptional organizational, project management, and communication skills. - Proactive, problem-solving approach and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. - Senior-level critical thinking, program management, and execution skills.
