Senior FP&A Manager

Key Responsibilities: - Shape and refine the company's long-term financial strategy in partnership with executive leadership. - Own the annual budget process, develop detailed forecasts, and monitor performance against goals. - Analyze financial data to identify trends, assess profitability, and uncover opportunities for operational improvement. - Partner with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with business objectives. - Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to senior leadership. - Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales, marketing, and customer experience. - Analyze market trends and the competitive landscape for strategic decision-making. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Economics. - 5-8 years of experience in corporate finance/FP&A roles. - Expertise in SaaS or B2B subscription models. - Solid understanding of accounting principles, corporate finance concepts, and fluency in translating between GAAP and non-GAAP financial metrics. - Strong financial modeling skills with Excel/Google Sheets and proficiency in SQL. - Exceptional communication skills and analytical abilities in dynamic environments. - Experience partnering with Go-to-Market teams and managing top-line business planning. - Familiarity with data systems, business intelligence tools, and FP&A systems.
