Senior Fullstack Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities: - Design, build, optimize, and maintain CaptivateIQ's data and core platform functionality. - Develop and improve product features across the full product stack. - Participate in the product development process from scoping to measuring success. - Maintain high engineering and security standards. - Work with engineers across the company to develop and iterate at scale. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - Minimum 7+ years of software engineering experience. - Strong computer science fundamentals and experience with frontend and backend development. - Proficiency with Django, React, and a relational database like PostgreSQL or MySQL. - Demonstrated track record of responsibility and ownership over core product areas. - Sharp attention to detail and a user-centric focus. - Experience making data-driven decisions on product and process. - Experience building a positive remote-first culture. - Proficiency with Typescript, AWS, Cypress, Chakra UI, and/or MUI (nice to have).
