Director, Partnerships

**Overview:** - Director, Partnerships role at Cirque du Soleil Entertainment Group - Responsible for driving new business partnerships across the US and potentially North America - Part of a global sponsorship team - Focus on Big Top Shows and Residencies - Reports to the VP, Sponsorships **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead new business sales efforts for partnerships - Generate leads, drive revenue, and lead contract negotiations - Develop and implement sales strategies - Manage opportunities pipeline and drive conversations to close - Maintain contacts with regional and national brands - Stay updated on trends, brands, and news - Travel and attend events and networking functions - Active role in category development and new leads **Requirements/Skills/Qualifications:** - 5+ years of integrated brand partnership/sponsorship sales experience in Arts & Entertainment - Successful track record with mid- to high-six figure deals - Passionate about Arts & Entertainment and fostering creativity - Excellent communication, interpersonal relationships, and proposal writing skills - Strong chasing down new leads and opportunities - Knowledge of entertainment and sponsorship landscapes - Comfort working remotely across multiple time zones - Multiple language skills are a plus **Compensation & Benefits:** - Salary range: $125,000 - $135,000 a year - Generous benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, paid vacation, and retirement savings plan **Workplace Culture:** - Teamwork, respect, integrity, authenticity, and being heard are core values - Diversity is embraced for various perspectives and continuous improvement - Equal opportunity employer, non-discrimination policy in place - Encourages employees to bring their full selves to work and contribute to a "circus family" atmosphere
