Lead Web Developer

Overview: - Clari’s Revenue platform enhances forecasting accuracy and revenue performance visibility. - Leading companies use Clari for revenue accuracy and precision. - The role involves working with a team to build and optimize features for global web properties. - The position is fully remote, with a preference for PST/MST timezone. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and optimize features for Clari’s website and web operations. - Collaborate with marketers, designers, and developers. - Apply technical and problem-solving skills across the marketing stack. - Establish best practices and governance for code pipeline and deployment. - Translate design and functional requirements into scalable CMS components. - Solve technical issues across the marketing stack. - Coach and guide stakeholders on CMS component application. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - Fluency in front-end technologies (HTML, SASS/CSS, PHP, JS, Vue/React). - Experience with Optimizely/Episerver, Azure, .NET, ASP environments, and C#. - Familiarity with Wordpress, Drupal, and headless/static frameworks. - DevOps expertise in GIT, CI/CD, and web-application security. - Understanding of UX principles and ability to collaborate with designers. - Proactive approach to site security and technical performance. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Experience with CMS workflows and cross-functional team onboarding. - Remote-first work environment with company-paid benefits.
