Senior Quality Control Engineer

Key Responsibilities: - Lead and develop QA strategy, execution, and evolution for trust products. - Supervise and mentor Junior QA Engineer. - Design and implement QA frameworks for AI models, prompt optimization, and data integrity. - Establish QA standards, best practices, and processes. - Conduct AI model validation for accuracy, fairness, and compliance. - Develop and oversee automated testing pipelines integrated into CI/CD workflow. - Collaborate with product teams to define testing requirements and quality benchmarks. - Create comprehensive reports on QA metrics and recommendations for improvement. - Serve as quality advocate, identifying risks and opportunities for product enhancement. - Stay updated on AI, data analysis, and QA trends. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field. - 5+ years of QA experience, with 2+ years in leadership. - Expertise in QA methodologies, automated testing tools, and AI/ML validation. - Proficiency in data analysis tools (Python, R) and AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch). - Strong leadership and mentoring skills. - Excellent communication skills.
